In 2005 it was clearly evident that 1403 East Mulberry had suffered through several decades of neglect. The front and rear yards had turned into veritable forests with over grossly grown shrubbery and towering oak trees dangerously close to the house.
The interior was no better. The kitchen and bathrooms were derelict and outdated.
No effort or expense was spared by the new owners to create a graciously reimagined home from what you see in these photographs.
